Keynote Speaker: Michael Rogers

He has worked with companies ranging from FedEx, Boeing and NBC Universal to Microsoft, Pfizer and Siemens, focusing on how companies can think about the future in useful ways. He speaks to audiences worldwide and is a regular guest on radio and television, including Good Morning America, the Today Show, PBS, CNN and the History Channel.

Max Dilendorf, Esquire, Dilendorf Khurdayan
Max Dilendorf, Esq. is the founding partner of Dilendorf Khurdayan, PLLC. Max’s practice involves real estate and digital assets. For real estate clients, Max handles all phases of real estate transactions, including tokenization of real estate, structuring cross-border transactions using digital currency, acquisitions, dispositions and financing of commercial and residential real estate in New York. Max also advises investors on effective real estate holding structures and tax consequences in connection with ownership, operation and transfers of U.S. real property interests.
Nick Kammerman, Business Development Leader/Blockchain Solutions, Chateaux
Nick heads up Business Development and Blockchain Solutions at Chateaux Software Development in Westport, CT. He works closely with his technical team to identify opportunities where companies are looking to develop blockchain based applications. Nick has been involved in several blockchain projects including True Tickets and Hedgebay. Nick was selected by the State of Connecticut Commerce Committee to be the Chairman of the CT Blockchain Working Group, consisting of technical and business blockchain professionals, as well as State Senators and Representatives, and tasked with creating legislation that focuses on establishing CT as a desirable place to do this type of work.

Stan is President at Realty Concepts, Inc. of Guilford, CT. During his 45 years in commercial real estate, Stan has worked with clients like Avalon Bay, Costco, Target, McDonald's, Marriott Corporation, Rockefeller Group, Walmart, Yale School of Medicine, and UBS.
Stan has provided real estate consulting, appraisal, asset management, litigation support and development consulting to national and international corporations, developers, investors, retailers, governmental agencies, lenders and law firms. He specializes in market and investment analysis, development market analysis and impact analysis, litigation support, specialized appraisal work and asset management. His experience includes single assets in excess of $100 million.
