Join the CT Chapter of CCIM as we welcome Patrick Kelley  of Savings Bank of Danbury and Richard Evans of Community Investment Corp. for an afternoon of discussion, pizza, and beer. The two will present on not only the current financing environment, but will also use NewSylum Brewery’s own development as a case study in creative financing. Officials from the town of Newtown will also discuss municipal involvement in the town-owned development.
