Join us for fun networking and a fantastic dinner as we celebrate the top deals of 2022. Bring your colleagues, spouses, and associates. This event is open to both members and non-members.
If 2022 was a great year for your business, tell us! We are accepting award submissions until March 10th. Submit for yourself or someone else. All active Members and Sponsors of the chapter are eligible to win! See details below.
Requirements for Submissions:
1. Only members in good standing of CT CCIM Chapter will be recognized.
2. Transactions closed between 1/1/2022 and 12/31/2022 will be considered.
3. Members may submit for multiple categories and need to use separate forms for each transaction.
4. Office Sale, Industrial Sale, and Retail Sale categories will include User and Investment Transactions.
5. Maximum of 1 award per member, but you may submit for as many deals as you want.
6. Criteria for excellence includes: complexity, dollar value and/or square footage or a combination, special circumstances and/or nearly insurmountable obstacles.
7. Must be present to accept the award
